MIQUEL TORRADEFLOT

This time around we interviewed Miquel Torradeflot, our Business Development Manager in the technology division. Miquel received a degree in Business Studies from the Pompeu Fabra University and has an Executive Development Program (PDD) certificate from the IESE Business School. Throughout his career he has always worked in sales, where he has held different management positions. In addition to his great professionalism, Miquel has extraordinary people skills. He is a very outgoing person, and puts a smile on people's faces wherever he goes.

When did you begin working at AT Language Solutions?##44441## ##44441##October 2019.

Tell us a little about the work you do.##44441## ##44441##I am in charge of managing our customers' technological requirements, i.e. customers who have integrated software solutions into their processes for their multilingual needs. These are usually large companies. I support them at the business level, where I often coordinate with AT's IT and Operations team. Customers always have new needs to be addressed, and we work with them to analyse which solutions best suit their situation.

Of course, I spend part of my time identifying new business opportunities with potential customers.

What do you like most about your work?##44441## ##44441##I love learning more every day. I don't come from the technological sector, so I am very happy to have grown in this field and acquired so much knowledge. Moreover, managing this type of customer and coordinating with the IT and Operations teams is a challenge, which makes each achievement more worthwhile and what I do more enjoyable.

What do you like least?##44441## ##44441##There are certain tasks that do not depend directly on me, and we have to juggle the different people involved to make it work.

What is the most significant challenge you have had to face at AT Language Solutions?##44441## ##44441##Being patient (laughs). Working in IT means operating on a time schedule that is completely different from what I'm used to, which has been possibly the most complicated aspect for me.

What do you think makes AT Language Solutions stand out from the competition?##44441## ##44441##In my opinion, the difference is very clear. AT combines excellent service quality with technological solutions that are fully adapted to the customer to meet a need or solve a problem.
